Use a screwdriver or chisel and hammer to bend the lip of the old bushing up.This will allow you to clean up rust to avoid sticking. Do this on all the other bushings and by the time you come back to the first it will be much easier to pound them out. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e2. Use a hammer to tap the new plastic inserts in.
