Tailgate Latch Lock Actuator for Nissan Pathfinder LE SE XE 1997-2004 905025W30B

Sent them an email asking how im can return thiis. They sent me a reaponse asking me what the model was. I states it fits but it still wont open and lock the hatch using the remote. Followed up 2xs and they wont reapond and havent let me know how to return it. Bad customer service. I’ll jist call my CC company and dispute the charge. I have the emails as proof.
